Wealth Financial Investing Group Refund Policy

1. Platinum Plan Subscription

Our Platinum Plan is a 12-month subscription to all our services, which comes with a conditional refund under the following requirements:

Limited Refund Requirements

To be eligible for Wealth Financial Investing Group’s limited refund, you must meet the following requirements:

Usage Duration: You must have been using the Services for at least five months.

Time Frame: It has been no more than six months and two weeks since you purchased the Services (date of first payment to Wealth Financial Investing Group). Extra time is provided in the event of a system outage, account error, or ad account ban.

Ad Spend Requirements: You must spend a minimum of $300 per month each and every month for five straight months on Ad Spend solely on the Recommended Advertising Campaigns.

Campaign Integrity: You must obtain approval from Wealth Financial Investing Group before changing any provided campaigns, qualification questions, qualification settings, targeting, or provided media (pictures).

Lead Management: You must conduct all initial communications with leads using the provided automated and scripted messages until they become a client or an agreement is signed.

Appointment Compliance: You have shown up on time for every booked appointment and calls for the appointments must have been made inside the CRM.

CRM Integrity: You must not have deleted any contacts or conversations with leads inside the CRM.

Follow-Up Compliance: You or an Authorized User must have called all the leads that respond a minimum of five times in the first thirty days of receiving the leads. Communications must be performed inside the provided CRM, and you, or an Authorized User, must respond to all replies within 72 hours of receiving the reply. No unread messages should remain.

Training Completion: You must have completed the provided system training, lead conversion training, and ongoing sales training & support from Wealth Financial Investing Group in the Training Portal located in the CRM.

Support Services: You must retain support services for each and every month of the five months.

Payment Compliance: You must have made all your payments on time.

Sales Performance: Your annual premiums from closed deals provided by the Wealth Financial Investing Group system must be less than $10,000 within the five-month period, this includes closings from paid ads or our organic marketing as a direct result of the Services, Trainings, or System.

Ad Spend Requirements

To ensure the success of our clients, we employ a dynamic and results-oriented ad spend strategy:

Performance-Based Scaling: Our ad spend strategy scales dynamically based on the performance of your advertising campaigns. This ensures optimal use of funds.

Dynamic Budget Allocation: We continuously monitor and adjust your ad spend budget to align with campaign success, maximizing returns.

Target Achievement Focus: Our primary objective is to help you achieve key performance targets, including scheduling six appointments per day, securing 30 appointments per week, and maintaining a closing rate of over 20%.

Results-Oriented Approach: Our strategy focuses on delivering the highest possible ROI, with continuous refinement and optimization of campaigns.

Ongoing Training and Support: We provide ongoing sales training and support to improve your closing rate and overall sales performance. If your close Rate is below 20% we require you to attend the Sales Training until the Closing Rate is above 20% and encourage you to continue attending for more improvements.

2. Trial Periods

All Sales Final: Any trial periods offered by Wealth Financial Investing Group are non-refundable. All sales during trial periods are final. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available.

3. Do-It-Yourself Access

Non-Refundable: Access to our classroom and do-it-yourself materials is non-refundable. All sales for these services are final.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription and services anytime through our Sam-Cart payment checkout cart feature, which allows for self-service cancellation.

Additionally, cancellations can be submitted in writing to [email protected] . Please allow 3 business days for us to process and comply with your cancellation request.

Formal Request:

You must submit a formal request for a refund with supporting evidence to [email protected]. After submitting your request, you must communicate with Wealth Financial Investing Group until a decision is made. Additional documentation may be requested. If all the above requirements are met, Wealth Financial Investing Group will refund the amount paid for the Services plus $3,000 in value for free support and continued usage.

Refund Process

To submit a formal request for a refund, email [email protected] with supporting evidence. You must communicate with Wealth Financial Investing Group until a decision is made.
